The outsourced services include customer support, order taking and all related functions. The client plans to strategically look at its operations and outsource all non-core functions. The use of ITCube’s offshore resources was a strategic decision by the Client to improve its quality and turn-around time and better focus on its core operations.

In its role as the strategic BPO services partner, ITCube will provide end to end contact center services including customer support, order taking and invoice generation. ITCube will also provide support in accounts receivables and lead generation processes.
