We often start our customer engagements with studying and/or establishing business processes. We embed our staff alongside the customer’s staff so to get firsthand experience of the process and gain a clear understanding of what is at stake before suggesting computerization or out-sourcing strategies. This gives us a clear understanding of the business issues and determines realistic deliverable.
